The size of cell is almost good but is it necessary to have the exact size except for the pixel ?

      I want a cell size of 50px, I am informed the cell size is 55px, actualy, I will measure (with Photoshop) a cell size of 59px without border.

          No. The 55px is the useable width.
          Add to it : padding, borders and margins and you obtain the 59px.
