Found with the Page with template tool but may affect other tools.

Got the following exception:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toolPanel' of undefined   ToolsManager.js:181
  org.ametys.uitool.ToolsManager.gotElFocus                         ToolsManager.js:181
  (anonymous function)                                              ext-base-debug.js:969

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a page
2. Click Page with template to open the tool
3. Click out of the tool to close it
