Infinite loop when closing "The server is currenlty not available" popup

      There is an infinite loop with the "The server is currenlty not available" popup. When you close it, it reopens itself.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open the CMS with Chrome
      2. Shutdown Tomcat
      3. Wait until the popup appears

          The behavior is intended: the user can click on OK to try to reconnect (the dialog reopens if the server is still down) or click cancel to close the UI.
