Add the possibility to add a service parameter of type file/binary from resources or external.

Currently, we can declare a service parameter with type binary and use the widget:

• Folder from resource explorer
• External image

But we can't use the widgets image/file from external or resource explorer.
Also, it miss a widget: add an image/file from the resource explorer only.
