Pipeline to see archives should be in cms workspaces

      Actually, "archives/**" pipeline is in workspace web, so we can not use it in a non web context (odf).

      Furthermore, when viewing an archived content in a web context, GetSiteAction tryied to get site in the workspace "archive" => NPE
