When file encoding on server is not UTF-8, there is accent display problem in CMS.
The option '-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8' has to be added in JAVA_OPTS to solve the problem.

v4 is fine even without the parameter... but it is still a security if we forgot to sepcify it in our code somewhere..
