DocbookEnhancementTransformer can be used only for docbook to HTML transformation

      The DocbookEnhancementTransformer works only for docbook to HTML transformation as it is hard coded:

      _docbookEnhancementExtensionPoint.getDocbook2HTMLHandlers()

      It should be parametrized to work with others format (docbook to PDF for example)
