[CMS-4272] An image with a resolution of 300dpi is not displayed after being resized

Your image is not a standard jpeg : it may use some secret jpeg features
Years ago we already had this, the user had to changed is save parameters to make it works.

I cannot open it in Corel PSP XI, the error message is :
Document colors were converted to a workspace. Incorporated : . Sélected : sRGB Color Space Profile.icm
The operation is not valid.

Moreover, the file cannot be opened in InternetExplorer8
