[CMS-4491] [Resources Explorer] Problem with extension uppercased

When you upload a file with the extension uppercased, the upload seems work but the service cannot retrieve well files, because mimetype is not correctly set.

For example, image.JPG file is not displayed with gallery slider because mimetype doesn't contain image

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
