Unlock Tool for all users

      Today, in order to have access to the unlock tool, you have to get the Unlock_All right.

      In the future, it will be best to have the access of this tool for each users :

      • Normal users could list their locked contents
      • Users with a new right (View all locked content) could list all locked contents and unlock only their locked content,
      • Users with the right inlock all could do the same : list and unlock all

          We have add on a project a title on the tool in order to see if we access "all locked contents" or only "my locked contents". Do you want this functionnality ?
