CSS minification : hover effect disappears on toolbar buttons of the simple explorer tool.

      This effect is only visible if CSS are not minificated.

      How to reproduce quickly:
      Add the debug.ui=true/false parameter in the query string of the index.html page of the CMS and reload to switch between css dev/prod mode .
