When we synchronize content, if we haven't migrate well workflows, it is possible to get no frozen node.
Then we have got errors on content publication during workspace synchronisation.

In order to have an error message sooner, it will be good to throw an exception when we try to copy frozenNode without versionLabels (with only rootVersion)
