[Edition] When change edition mode to linear/tab, the tab/panel tooltip is lost

      The _onTabRender function does not work

      Futhermore, at form initialization, the _updateTabStatus is call at least 3 times for each tabs :

      • first on "render" event (throught _onTabRender )
      • then by drawEditionFormPartForXML function
      • and on the validtychange event on each fields on the tabs
