In SimpleResourcesExplorerTool, the refresh method does not works. It does "expand" children, but if those are already expanded, nothing happens.

1) open the resource explorer tool and open all nodes
2) edit a content with a file field
3) click on "add a file from resource explorer"
4) add a file 'on the fly' in the dialog box
=> the resource explorer tool in now Out of date (normal)
5) close the dialog
6) click on refresh the resources explorer tool
=> the tree is not refreshed
