In Chrome : "An error occurred: the file was not inserted."

      This happens when trying to add a file ( I tested with an empty file and a .pdf file ) in the parameters tab, under any folder, after having reloaded the application. I didn't manage to reproduce it under FF.

          To reproduce :

          • Reload the application
          • Go to the "Edit parameters" tab
          • Add a file inside any folder

          There is no option "Add and replace", it is "Replace" or "Add and rename".
          What is the error? js ? server ?
