[CMS-5498] Problem of focus at startup

I have 5 tools opened at startup. See my screenshot.
The tool which takes focus is a content on central zone (Article 1). However the ribbon displays the contextual actions of the thesaurus tool.

  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All

#sendCurrentSelection should be called only if tool has focus.
