JS missing when adding the latest publications, the popup does not open

      How to reproduce

      • Create a profile with very few rights "insert latest publications" but not "add content"
      • Edit a newsletter
      • Click to "insert latest publications"

      Behavior found

      • The popup does not open
      • JS error -> 
        TypeError: org.ametys.web.helper.ChooseContentBySearch is not a function

      Expected behavior

      • The popup opens

      As a workaround I added the right "add a content"
