Add attachments file name in URI for static generation

      Two pipelines allowing URI to end with the file name of an attachment. The file name will not be used on the CMS side but on the site side : it allows data to be properly served during a static generation.
      The file name can contain "/" characters.

      Example : picture source URI : allows that URI to be matched
      src="/content/{$site}/{$content}/{$lang}/data/
