      If the contributor has the right "Page avec gabarits" and not "Page vierge" "Page de redirection .." and if there is a proposed template the first step may be deleted.

          Yes but creating a blank page is part of create a page
          And blank page right is just to set back an existing page

          In this case the button could be "create" simply.

          If I follow your thoughts, a user with rights "create page", "page with template", "article" and not tag ; will click "Create and parametrize" but no parametrize dialog will appear... quite disturbing

          Moreover due to what I think about CMS-5597... I don't think this issue should be resolved

          Similarly, if the contributor has only one choice on the type of content and no service. (Cf Step2.png)
