[Tag widget] In 'single' mode, the 'onlyTagsWithChildren' parameter is not take into account

      My widget is configured as following:

      <cms:metadata name="tag" type="string">
		<label i18n="false">Etiquette</label>
		<description i18n="false">Etiquette</description>
		<widget>edition.tag</widget>
		<widget-params>
			<param name="onlyTagsWithChildren">true</param>
		</widget-params>
</cms:metadata>

      but in dialog box, I can select 'leaf' tag.

          Fixes for

          • this bug (CMS-5615), and
          • CMS-5616: "Clear filter" button does not reset the input field, and
          • CMS-5617: Filter both on text field and check property
