This issue was fixed because it duplicates CMS-5575 still not fixed.

That does not work on the first panel, probably because we have 2 options : next or validate.

So, we should be able to use the tab key of the keyboard, it already works but there is no way to see where the cursor is. The hover view of the button would be enough to finalize this issue.
