        [CMS-5634] Add the ability to change a site's ID

        This is complex because, the identifier can be retrieved in many locations
        For example all the contents, reference it.
        You will find references in the sql database also...

        We currently have an extension point to copy site, we should enhance it to change site id
        The current workaround is to copy the site and remove the old one, but... you will have to revalidate many things, maybe give rights agains....
