Support htmleditor field inside repeater with tabs layout

      The tabs layout does not support htmleditor, because some browsers handle badly show / hide of a htmleditor.

          Fixed and successfully tested with FF 3.0 Linux, FF 2.0 Windows, IE6, IE 7.

          Confirmed : with firefox 2.0.0.17 on linux, the htmleditor in the first tab of the repeater is usable, but not the others.
          Firefox 3.0.4 on linux, IE 6, and IE 7 don't seem to be affected by the problem.

          Little graphical flaw on all browsers : the htmleditor is a bit bigger in the tabs which are hidden when the page is loaded than in the tab which is shown by default.
