It is possible to create or declare a tag page under a content tag or to create a content tag under a page page.
But we decide this is nonsense. So when you tag a content, only content tags are displayed : a content tag under a tag page does not appear. This is the same when tagging a page.

However, since there is no tag categories anymore, we could replace our old tag category "home" which contains content tags and page tags by a page tag "home" => this does not work anymore, we have to create two "home" root tag : one for contents and one for pages.

Maybe we should think about it

Additionnally, we should consider spliting content tags and page tags into two tools of two extension points
(the running refactor make this easy)
