I created two pages in French, and two pages in Arabic (With a latin name and renaming to arabic). I later joined the French version of the Arab, and the result: exceptions (visible in the file attached)
If I test to create a page in French and published in the Arab region, not exceptional, but the contents are not visible on the front.

      Kind regards.

The error happens because the default skin try to display the publication date of the article ; and there is a bug when parsing the date with the 'ar' locale.

A workaround is already to do not display this date in the render of the contents or services by overriding default rendering.

The issues is due to the JVM.
For example Oracle JVM 1.6 has the problem.
But with Oracle JVM 1.7 (64bits) everything is fine for me
