The jquery-placeholder script used in demo skin is out of date

      The "jquery-placeholder" script used in demo skin is a 1.8.5 version whereas the last released version is 2.0.8 (http://mths.be/placeholder)

      With this last one we should be able to change the color of the placeholder text easily with a class, that is not possible with the version currently used.
