Recurring problem on chrome browser (at least)

The form is composed by tabs.
A tab composed by rich-text followed by repeaters is sometimes truncated.

was due to configuration of richtext at 5 pixel height
AND
a bug that was not taking in account the security minWidth of 100 pixel
