We cannot use the special caracter & in a xml file for an import of custom tags

      How to reproduce :

      • import the tags2.xml file attached
        > the import failed
      • delete the special caracter & line 7 
        <tag id="CONFERENCE" target="CONTENT">
			<label>Conférence & tables rondes</label>
			<description></description>
		</tag>

        > the import has ended with success
