How to reproduce :

• create a new page
• in the second step, in the option "forward to an external webpage", delete the text "http://" which is displayed in the field : address > the field is highlighted with a red border
• go back to the first step,
• delete that the text "New page" which is displayed in the field : title
  > the field has not any red border
