Sometimes on IE10, "drag and drop" feature was no longer available: you can still select objects normally in the tables, but clicking on an object and keep the mouse button initiated by directing the cursor to another object has no effect.

The feature can also be disabled after a time, leaving just Ametys open on internet explorer without performing an action

If you close Internet Explorer or reload application, "drag and drop" is available again normally
