Allow text to be spread around pictures in html editors

      When a picture is inserted in a html editor, allow user to choose between different kind of floating properties for the picture (normal, left, right, ...). Then picture is embedded in the text at the good position.
      Similar work has been done on Sciences Po Bordeaux project, it can be an example.
