How to reproduce

• Open back-office
• create a page contact1 including an article
• add a form into the article
• save
• copy the page contact1
• paste the page and rename it contact2
• preview contact2
• fill and submit the form of contact2

Actual behavior

• An error occured, for example :

  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException : No form definition exists for ID form_020795458740384754

Expected behavior

• I think it is better to create new tables, but another solution would be to keep the same table. I do not know the best use case.
