[CMS-597] Full width tables does not work with accessiblity plugin - JIRA Ametys

The parameter full width does not work with accessibility plugin because the width used is 99% instead of 100% for classic htmleditors.

In the file /docbook/stylesheets/html2xml.xsl this case must be added.
