The hour of live reconstruction is waiting for tomorrow to start. This was not a bug issue when the hour was set to 1am.
But it can become one now it is settable.

So, if I start my server at 2pm with a value of 3pm, it will only happen on tomorrow at 3pm.

This is to avoid to freeze the server when just started. The behavior should be done another way
