The new added pipelines should be protected:

• skins/*/resources/**_max*x*.*

• skins/*/resources/**_*x*.*

Indeed if we have an image named "ui-bg_glass_75_e6e6e6_1x400.png" or "input_text_right.gif " for exemple, it is not served anymore

=> Add a "resource-not-exists" action.
