Datafusion plugin : problems with the "handle datafusion" right

      The datafusion plugin comes with a right, "ANWRT_DATAFUSION_Handle", which has two main problems :
      First, when the datafusion plugin was imported from the 2.6 version, the right was not modified from the "rights.xml" way to the "plugin.xml" way.
      Next, the right is only checked in the sitemap.xmap. Even if the user doesn't possess the right, the "manage data fusion" item appears in the contributor menu.
