There are 3 rights concerning the locked contents:

• Global unlock : allow to unlock all contents (including those locked by another user)
• See all locked contents : allow to view all locked content (including those locked by another user)
• Unlock contents: allow access to unlock contents tool

All theses rights should be tested on '/contributor' context.

For more clarity:

• "Unlock contents" should be renamed "Unlock tool"
• "Global unlock" should be renamed "Unlock all contents"
• These 3 rights should appears in a same rights category "Unlock contents"
