How to reproduce

• Open assignment tool on resources
• Select a resource sub-folder
• Select a user or group in profile tree, having a rights' profile on a parent folder (the user or group is grayed in the profile tree)
• Click on "Delete assignment"

Current behavior
The deletion is not taken into account

Expected behavior
The delete button should be disabled or the deletion should be effective.

This issue is also true on CMS previous version
