How to reproduce :

• create a new site, type blog, empty
• configure the "general information" tab with : title : blog, Url : http://localhost:8080/blog, skin : blog, lang : english
• Save
  > in the list of sites, this new site appears like if it has not been configured. If I go the de configuration screen again, all informations are still here, nothing is missing.
