This is not specific to newsletter apparently.
A whole reindexing fixs the issue, but it is valid for a content that has been created then validated.

I guess that the content is still in draft in Solr, but validated in JCR, because the view is OK (rendering = data extracted from JCR), but the sort and facet seems to correspond to draft.
