[ResourceCollectionTool] The title of the tool must be the text of the folder and not its name

      1. From the Explorer Tool, double click on "Ressources" folder
      2. The title of the tool displayed in the tab is not "Ressources" (text attribute) but "ametys-internal:resources" (name attribute)
