Since CMS-6228, content indexing references are tracked and a message is displayed when a content which can be the target of an indexing reference is modified.
The message sometimes appears when it's not necessary. For instance (taking the example of CMS-6227): the Company content type declares one indexing field, "city.state", with "city" and "state" content metadatas of respective types "City" and "State".
When modifying a State content, the message appears, although there is no need to reindex anything: the Company indexed data will only change if the state is changed on the city.
