Can not move a page in a sub tree with the right "remove children pages"

      I apply the rights to the sitemap page on level 1: so I have the right to remove pages on level 2 and 3.

      -> but can not move a page to level 2 and level 3 : "Vos droits sont insuffisants pour effectuer ce déplacement: vous ne possédez pas le droit de suppression sur la page ..."
