[CMS-7104] Broken links have no "broken" class anymore

The broken external links were never been highlighted. It is not a regression nor a bug here.
There is no consistency check when viewing the content, only the broken links who call a "resolver" can be detected as broken links : page, resources explorer, attachment, ...

So I fix this bug as invalid. If we try to detect broken external links here, it will slow down the display of the content, which is not desirable

Maybe because it is a external link .. you should be more precise
And if the demo in 3.7.1 is impacted, "anymore" is not appropriate

Maybe I forgot to do something ? But the CMS detected there was a broken link (see on the left), but there is no class "broken" (see on the bottom). The page on the CMS has been reloaded after the broken link detection.
