[CMS-725] New field for selecting a file from the resources explorer

Currently, only file from client file system can be used for uploading files.
Adding a new type of field for selecting a file from the resources explorer can come in handy.

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
