How to reproduce :

• I create a content entitled "To delete"
• I select this content and I click on the button "Delete item"
• A window appears : "Do you really want to delete this content or service ?
  Deletion is definitve." , I say "Yes"
• Another window appears : "The content To deleteis not referenced by any page. Do you want to remove it definitely? If not, it will become an orphan content.", I say "Yes"
  > the content is no more in the page, but if I launch a research in the CMS, it appears in the results like an orphan content.
• I launch the global indexation in the admin
  > It does not appear anymore
