The resolver skinURL() may return a relative path to the resource

      When multiple site URLs are defined (www, www1, www2) the skinURL() resolver could be content with a relative path to the resources.

      When asked the page with the URL "www" path is relative, it is the main URL.
      When asked the page with the URL "www2" the path is complete.

          additionnaly secondary path should be able to be defined without protocol: //www2.domain.com instead of http://www.domain.com
