How to reproduce :

• I create 3 sites
• I let one of them not configured and I quit the admin screen
• later, I go back to the admin. The configuration tab is always opened.
• I click on sites and I delete all sites except the main one
  > the configuration tab that was opened is always here. It should have disappeared when I deleted the site
