[Explorer] drag and drop of a file into its original folder is displayng an alert

      How to reproduce

      • connect to BO
      • open resources explorer
      • click on a file to drag and drop it
      • but finally drop it in the same directory

      Actual behavior

      • it display an alert that this file already exists

      Expected behavior

      • No alert and nothing change.
