[CMS-7421] Empty the complete cache action does not remove "plugins folder" - JIRA Ametys

When doing "Empty the complete cache" from website management HMI, on the server we can see that the folder cache/plugins is not removed.

CMS-7594 When I ask to delete the whole cache from _admin (BO) it does not delete plugins directory

Yes it seems to me. It was about the folder created for interactive pdf.
